What Changed for Me
Baz & Kona
I wanted to share a little more context for why I care about this so much.
There was a period where my mind felt like it was always on. Not in an extreme way, but in a constant, low-level hum that never fully went away. I would replay conversations, anticipate situations, and carry a kind of background tension that didn’t have a clear off switch.
At night, it became more obvious.
I’d be tired but unable to fully settle. My body would feel ready for rest, but my mind would keep moving.
I tried a lot of different approaches, and some helped temporarily, but nothing felt reliable.
What changed wasn’t one big realization, but finding something simple enough to return to consistently. Something that didn’t depend on my thoughts being cooperative.
That consistency is what made the difference.
Not perfection. Not intensity. Just having a way to come back.
That’s what I want this to be for you.
