A Quiet Conversation Before You Commit to Anything

If you're considering The Quiet(er) Mind Intensive Coaching- or you're simply not sure yet whether private coaching is the right next step…

The Discovery Call is where we figure that out together.

A chance to talk honestly about where you are, what you're dealing with, and whether this kind of work makes sense for you right now.

What We'll Cover

During the call, we'll talk through:

What's been happening for you - what the anxiety, overstimulation, or stress actually looks like in your daily life

  • What you've already tried and what's helped or hasn't

  • What you're hoping for and what a meaningful shift would look like

  • How the Intensive works and whether it's a good fit for where you are

  • Any questions you have about the process, the structure, or the investment

If it's a fit, we'll talk about which tier makes the most sense and how to move forward. If it's not the right time, I'll tell you that honestly - and I might point you toward something else that could be more useful right now.

Who This Call Is For

This call makes sense if:

  • You're dealing with long-standing anxiety, chronic overstimulation, or stress that isn't resolving on its own

  • You've been curious about private coaching but want to talk before committing

  • You're not sure whether group coaching or private work is the better fit for you

  • You have questions you want answered before making a decision

It's not the right call if you're in crisis or need immediate mental health support. In that case, please reach out to a licensed mental health professional or crisis service in your area.

About Me

I'm Dr. Baz Morris - a nervous system coach working specifically with adults 50+ who are functional, capable, and quietly exhausted.

I'm not a therapist. I don't do crisis work. What I do is help people who've been running on an overactive nervous system for years - often decades - understand what's actually happening and start building practical systems that support greater internal calm.

The approach is built around something I call the 10-Minute Silent Sound Reset - a breathwork and vocalization practice that works directly with the vagus nerve to shift the nervous system out of activation.

  • No apps.

  • No tech.

  • No headphones required.

Just your breath and your voice.

I host the 70% Anxiety-Free podcast, and I run the A Quiet(er) Mind coaching community - but private coaching is where the most individualized work happens.
